Operational guidelines, quotation validity, material specifications, and delivery terms.
All commercial quotations issued by Star Fabrication are based on prevailing raw steel material index rates and workshop schedule capacity. Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless explicitly specified otherwise in writing.
Fabrication commences strictly following client approval of detailed shop drawings. Structural steel members, platework, and hole alignments are manufactured in accordance with standard mill tolerances and engineering specifications detailed in approved drawings.
Modifications requested after shop drawing sign-off may incur revision charges and schedule adjustments.
Where site erection is contracted, the client is responsible for ensuring clear crane access, safe ground bearing capacity, ready foundation anchor bolt installation, and unhindered site availability during agreed rigging windows.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard commercial contract laws governing structural steel manufacturing and installation.
